Dylan Taylor joined the team at Phelps Commercial Realty as Vice President of Business Development. Dylan specializes in medical specific purchases and lease negotiations. Focusing on health care practices, Dylan has acquired the experience and knowledge to develop start up practices, property acquisitions, ground up expansions and relocations. Dylan has made it a priority to add value to his clients by pursuing the best medical office space as a representative of their success.

Dylan completed his BA at Texas A&M University where he studied Communications with minors in Sports Management and English. He was a four year letter as a member of the fighting Texas A&M University football team, while also being a multi year recipient of the Athletic Academic Honor Roll. Alongside his athletic career throughout his years at Texas A&M, Dylan was a volunteer for Breakaway Ministries and The Big Event, creating relationships and providing care as well as stewardship throughout Bryan-College Station, Tx.  Dylan and his wife Kylee, are members at Grace Bible Church in Houston, Tx. He and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, active in running, hunting and fishing.
