Amanda Curreri
VP of Acquisitions

Amanda Curreri brings a consultative, client-focused approach to the Practice Transitions Group at Phelps & Frias. With a Bachelor’s in Business from Concordia University Irvine and an MBA from Strayer University Austin, Amanda began her career managing multi-location dental offices before advising more than 150 practices in sleep dentistry. She transitioned into consulting on office transitions in 2013 and moved into brokerage by 2018, managing sales from $500,000 to $15 million. Amanda’s deep industry insight ensures top-dollar valuations while fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys life in Liberty Hill, exploring new cuisines, traveling, attending local comedy shows, and cheering on the Texas Stars.
Jesse A. Frias
VP of Renewals

With over four decades of experience in the oil, gas, and energy sectors, Jesse brings a wealth of executive leadership to Phelps & Frias Commercial Realty as Vice President of Lease & Contract Renewals. He supports the firm’s growth by managing lease renewals for existing clients and guiding new clients through leases and property acquisitions. Jesse’s expertise in relationship management and customer service ensures a seamless, professional experience for every client.
When he’s not working, Jesse enjoys international travel, working out, playing padel, and spending time with his adult children and family. Few people know that he also has an extensive collection of action figures and comic books, some dating back to the late 1960s.

With over a decade of experience in business, sales, and leadership, Andy serves as a strategic partner to elite entrepreneurs and professionals navigating the complexities of commercial real estate. As an active investor himself, Andy brings a "principal’s mindset" to every transaction. He doesn’t just see a deal; he ensures every real estate decision aligns with his clients’ broader vision and long-term wealth objectives.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Andy combines a deep understanding of market data with the intuition to identify opportunities others often overlook. His ability to negotiate fluently in both English and Spanish allows him to bridge cultural gaps and expand reach across the diverse Texas market.
Beyond the deal, Andy is a lifelong student of personal development. Danielle brings a unique blend of commercial real estate expertise and event planning experience to her work as a real estate broker specializing in medical properties. She is dedicated to simplifying complex transactions, negotiating favorable terms, and securing locations that foster long-term growth for her clients.
Founder of DFine Events and holding a Communications degree from the University of St. Thomas, Danielle’s background equips her with the foresight, organization, and problem-solving skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. From strategic planning to meticulous execution, she ensures every transaction is efficient, clear, and results-driven.
Outside the office, Danielle enjoys trail running, experimenting in the kitchen, and hiking with her husband, embracing every opportunity to explore the outdoors.
Cornelia Hinkle
Senior Investment Analyst

Cornelia began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in Berlin, Germany, after earning a business degree in hotel management. Over the next three decades, she advanced to managing multi-specialty healthcare organizations as a practice manager and regional manager, guiding multi-site DSO expansions. She evolved into practice transitions, M&A diligence, and underwriting, overseeing more than 100 large-scale mergers and acquisitions, and specializing in dental practice operations, management software, and data forensics.
Now a self-employed consultant, Cornelia supports organizations in healthcare and real estate, working closely with practice owners, sales agents, and stakeholders to drive operational and financial success.
Outside of her professional life, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, enjoying island life, exploring historical sites, and engaging in her local underserved community—all while sharing her life with her beloved dogs.
Ehsia Wang

With deep expertise in healthcare and commercial real estate, Ehsia partners with medical professionals to navigate the complexities of leasing and practice growth. As an optometrist and former private practice owner, she brings a "practitioner’s perspective" to every transaction, ensuring real estate decisions support her clients’ operational goals and long-term vision.
Since joining Phelps & Frias Commercial Realty in 2018, Ehsia has represented clients across dentistry, veterinary medicine, chiropractic, and optometry. She combines market insight with hands-on experience, guiding clients from their first location to multi-site expansions with a seamless, strategic approach.
Ehsia earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese. Based in Frisco, Texas, she frequently travels to Houston to collaborate with clients and visit family.
Outside of work, Ehsia lives by a philosophy of intentional balance. Between soccer games and swim meets, she enjoys baking double chocolate chip cookies for her husband and children, bringing the same care and attention to family life as she does to her clients’ success.
