Founded in 2008, Phelps & Frias was built on the belief that real estate advisory should be strategic, thoughtful, and grounded in long-term relationships. What began as a boutique firm has evolved into one of Texas’s leading commercial real estate practices, serving clients across a wide range of industries.

We provide a full-service platform that includes site selection, lease negotiation, ground-up development, acquisitions, and comprehensive project management. Our role extends beyond transactions — we act as trusted advisors, aligning real estate strategy with our clients’ broader business goals.

At Phelps & Frias, we bring precision, integrity, and foresight to every engagement. We believe every square foot matters, every clause counts, and every relationship is a lasting partnership built on trust and results.
