Alex is a partner at Phelps & Frias Commercial Realty and a native of Houston, Texas. With expertise spanning purchase and lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and development projects, Alex approaches every deal with a keen analytical mind and a genuine dedication to his clients’ success. Alex holds an MBA and BBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Outside the office, he enjoys sharing adventures with his wife and beloved giant schnauzer—whether running, hiking, or exploring the outdoors. He is also an avid tennis and golf enthusiast, always finding ways to stay active while embracing the life he loves.
